Important Information:
As of July 1, 2012, wood-burning stoves may only be placed on the market in Europe with 'CE NORM EN 15821' certification.
As of January 1, 2015, wood-fired sauna heaters must comply with another standard - 1.BImSchV Level 2.
Stoves that comply with 1.BImSchV Level 1 may continue to be sold according to the manufacturer, but the buyer must discuss this in advance with a chimney sweep and obtain approval.
The smaller stoves that comply with 1.BImSchV Level 1 could not be modified for technical reasons, which is why only the larger wood-fired stoves comply with 1.BImSchV Level 2.
Therefore, please clarify your plans in advance and ask your district chimney sweep which of the standards (1.BImSchV 1 or 1.BImSchV 2) your future wood-fired sauna heater must meet.

The large quantity of stones ensures solid heat, even if the fire temporarily goes out.
Since the safety distance from the side walls and the back wall to the combustible material is smaller than usual, you have more room to place the benches. Legend sauna heaters can be equipped with a hot water tank (chimney model).
The size of the sauna is 7–13 m3. Maximum stone quantity 110 kg.

FORNAX QUEEN VPR-14 – a wood-fired sauna heater in traditional Finnish design, conceived for medium-sized saunas.
The large grate provides ample space for many stones and perfect steam. This type of heater can be loaded with up to 105 kg of stones and features an insulated combustion chamber, making the steam generated particularly gentle and even.
The combustion chamber of the heater is designed to optimally utilize the energy released by the firewood. By installing additional air baffles in the heater, a more efficient combustion process is achieved, generating more energy from the same amount of firewood. This reduces environmental impact as the energy contained in the firewood is burned and not discharged through the chimney.
The FORNAX QUEEN VPR-14 features a glass door at the front, allowing you to admire the fire while warming up in the sauna. This type of heater can also be equipped with a hot water tank mounted on the chimney. For added convenience, the door hinge side can be changed.
