From 01.07.2012, wood-burning stoves in Europe may only be placed on the market with 'CE STANDARD EN 15821' certification.

From 01.01.2015, wood-fired sauna heaters must meet an additional standard - 1.BImSchV Stage 2.

Stoves that meet 1.BImSchV Stage 1 may continue to be sold according to the manufacturer, but the buyer must discuss this in advance with a chimney sweep and obtain approval. The smaller stoves that meet 1.BImSchV Stage 1 could not be modified for technical reasons, which is why only the larger wood-burning stoves meet 1.BImSchV Stage 2.

Therefore, please clarify your project in advance and ask your district chimney sweep which of the standards (1.BImSchV 1 or 1.BImSchV 2) your future wood-fired sauna heater must meet.

The 20 SL models were designed for people who want to heat their saunas conveniently from another room or from the outside.

The opening direction of the door can be changed, making these stoves extremely easy to operate.

Harvia 20 SL features a classic design and transforms every sauna session into a pleasant experience.

The even heat distribution and effective fire and air circulation guarantee pleasant sauna sessions.

The Harvia 20 SL is equipped with a glass door, allowing the warm light of the fire to permeate the sauna atmosphere. The heater is in elegant black and features stainless steel air ducts.

The cast iron stove door with a glass window and the robust, 10 mm thick firebox lid guarantee a long service life. The sauna heater has a large stone chamber and a specially shaped stainless steel air duct.

The model has adjustable feet, which facilitate installation and can be used to correctly adjust the height of the flue gas opening, for example.
