The Harvia Paraffin Oil 500 ml (SAC25060) is the ideal care product for sauna benches, backrests, and other wooden surfaces in the sauna. This high-quality wood treatment protects the wood from moisture and dirt, reduces water penetration, and thus extends the lifespan of your sauna furniture.

Especially for new sauna benches, it is recommended to apply the paraffin oil before the first use. Afterwards, the treatment should be repeated approximately once or twice a year as part of regular sauna cleaning, to ensure the wood remains permanently protected.

The colorless Harvia Paraffin Oil is suitable for almost all types of wood used in saunas. It is particularly recommended for thermally treated wood, alder wood, aspen, abachi, as well as other common sauna woods. Although the oil is colorless, it beautifully enhances the natural grain and warm tone of the wood.

Application

Clean and thoroughly dry the wooden surfaces. Then, apply the paraffin oil evenly with a soft cloth or brush and allow it to fully penetrate the wood. The oil should be completely dry before the next sauna use.
